I was part of a small team engaged to review the current operations at the newly opened Monopoly Dreams attraction in Melbourne Central.

After a site visit, we proposed a variety of individually improvements to address guest flow, improve the entertainment offering and reduce running costs. Suggestions included new attractions such as a giant Monopoly board, additional photo opportunities, changes to the in-park currency and gamification system, enhancements to existing attractions, and possible internal reconfiguration of certain areas.

Goals included achieving labour savings and improved attractiveness to guests, and increased lenght of stay.
