great ocean road attraction

The Great Ocean Road is a high profile tourist route in Australia, feauturing dramatic sandstone cliffs and outcrops, eroded by the forces of nature over the millennia.

The client wished to establish some form of visitor ecotourism attraction to capture some of circa 3 million visitors per year to this natural wonder.

The location was quite strategic, being at the beginning of the Great Ocean Road tourist drive.

Several suggestions for possible attractions were made, including culinary experience and adventure sports.

Before pitching any idea, I thought carefully about what a potential visitor in the Victorian market would be willing to drive to see. Victoria is already well known within Australia for being an arts and culture capital. I also wanted to The iconic image of the 12 apostles rock formations to be reflected in the experience.

The project is yet to be made public, however my overall proposed concept was immediately accepted both internally and by the client.
