This park was proposed as an expansion to an existing golf resort, to make the resort more appealing to families with children. I was given responsibility for developing two possible thematic directions, and devised themed lands and attractions mixes to suit them.

The modest budget and forecast attendance meant sharp focus had to be given to what could be done well for the budget.

The final chosen design featured 3 contrasting themes, the American West, English Gardens, and the Amazon, to broaden the total appeal of the park and provide distinctive flavours.

Example attractions pictured above include a Texan themed kids driving school, an Amazonian themed mini golf course ,and a riverside village themed kids playground.

I completed designs for several attractions, and supervised the production of artwork and coloured plans/illustrations for others.
